As a woman in midlife myself, I understand this transition from both sides of the exam room.
Meet Dr. Pragna Patel Dadhania
Board-Certified OB/GYN Menopause Society
Certified Practitioner
As an OB/GYN, my approach to menopause care is grounded in comprehensive physician training in women’s health—not simply the treatment of menopausal symptoms.
I’m a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist with specialized expertise in menopause and midlife women’s health. My path to caring for women in midlife began with years of medical and surgical training in women’s health. I earned my medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University and completed my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland.
After years of caring for women as an OB/GYN physician, I became increasingly passionate about the unique health challenges women face during perimenopause and menopause. I saw how often women were left feeling confused, dismissed, or unsure of what was happening to their bodies—and how difficult it could be to find the time and expertise needed to look at the whole picture.
That’s why I created Modern Menopause Care.
My approach combines my background as an OB/GYN physician with over 17 years of experience and specialized menopause training to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care throughout midlife. Rather than focusing on a single symptom—or assuming hormones are always the answer—I consider your symptoms in the context of your medical history, individual risk factors, sexual health, bone health, cardiovascular health, metabolic health, and goals.
I have particular interests in menopausal hormone therapy and sexual health and continue to pursue advanced education in these areas.

A little about me
Beyond the Office.
I’ve called Columbus home since 2013 and I’m grateful to live here with my husband and our three kids. Outside of medicine, you’ll usually find me reading, biking, hiking or spending time with my family.
