During your first visit, we'll take a comprehensive look at what's been changing for you—including your symptoms, menstrual and medical history, medications, health goals, and concerns.
Together, we'll determine what may be contributing to how you're feeling and create a personalized plan based on your health, your needs, and your goals.
You don't need to know what treatment you need before you come in. That's what we're here to figure out together.
Your consultation includes:
60-minute physician consultation
Time to have a thorough conversation without feeling rushed.
Personalized menopause evaluation
A thoughtful review of your symptoms, health history, and individual risk factors.
Individualized treatment plan
We'll discuss appropriate options, including hormonal and non-hormonal approaches when appropriate.
Labs when clinically indicated
When testing is useful, I'll order what you need. You can use your health insurance for eligible laboratory services.
Direct access between visits
You can text me directly when questions come up between appointments.
